How can I book my taxi service?

By using the reservation form on our website

Can I add, cancel or modify my reservation (i.e.: pick-up time, number of passengers, pieces of luggage)?

You can contact us to modify your reservations' time, passengers number or luggage, we will provide you with the best vehicle for your needs and, therefore, with the best service.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

You can do it up to 8 hours before the driver leaves to the agreed meeting place.
Email or phone us to change or to cancel your reservation 48 hours before your arrival, so that we can provide you with any support. In case you need to change your reservation less than to 48 hours from your arrival, please directly phone the number provided on the confirmation e-mail.


Are your prices per passenger or per vehicle?

Our Milan taxi prices are ALWAYS per vehicle, not per passenger.

Are your prices fixed and final or are there any extra fees?

Our Milan transfer fares are fixed and all-inclusive. NO HIDDEN NOR EXTRA fees (i.e. because of deviations or traffic jams) will be added.

Are tips mandatory?

Tips are not mandatory, but, you can tip the driver if you want.  


Will I have to pay cash to the driver or by credit card?

The credit card number provided during the booking procedure will be only used as guarantee, so you will have to pay for the transfer directly to the driver at the end of the transfer service. If you want to pay in advance, you can do it by PayPal or by credit card.

How and when do I have to pay for your service?

You can make the payment to the driver after the service or you can pay in advance by PayPal or credit card.
In case of direct payment, the credit card number provided during the reservation will be only used as guarantee.

Is it possible to pay in advance?

Yes, by selecting "Pay now by PayPal" or "Pay by credit card" in the booking form.  


What if I bring additional luggage not mentioned in the booking form?

Please inform us because you may need a larger/smaller vehicle and the price of your transfer may change accordingly.

What if I need to carry big items such as wheelchairs, bikes, ski or scuba dive equipment?

You just have to mention them on the booking form in order to provide you with a larger vehicle.  


Where is the meeting location?
The usual meeting location is the arrival area right in front of Linate and Malpensa airport's exit doors; the driver will be waiting for you there by holding a sign with your name. We will send you an email with the precise meeting location some days before your arrival with the driver phone number for any need.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Our local manager will check your flight details so to change your booking in case of delay or cancellation.

What if I don't find the driver?

Please call the number reported on the confirmation e-mail. Our customer service is available h24/7, and we will be glad to help you.

How long will the driver wait for me?

The driver will wait for a maximum of one hour after the actual landing time of your flight. Then, he will call the mobile phone number you provided on your booking form and, in case he cannot contact you, he will leave the meeting point. In case of problems, please call the phone number provided for the emergencies.


Will the transfer service be in common with other passengers?

No, all our transfers are private and NOT shared.

Can I ask for infant or child safety seats?
Yes, they are available upon request to most destinations, at no additional prices. Please remember to mention the children's age in the booking form so that we can provide you with the proper seat.
